circular green wool hat with black plastic visor; on the crown, above the visor is a patch with "CARLING'S" stiched in yellow thread; just above the visor is a black cord, and woven plastic; inside is a brown leather hatband stitched to the wool; a black fabric lines the inside; centre of inside has a clear plastic diamond(ripped) stiched to the black fabric, under which is painted "SAINTHILL-LEVINE/UNIFORMS AND ?CLOTHINGS SPECIALISTS"
