History

Once the property of Joseph Cornwall Cruise, resident of Lambton County, 12th line of Moore, 1842-1890. Born March 1815, died Sept. 30, 1890. Born at "Sally Mount" near Castlereach, Co. Roscommon, Ireland. Buried at St. Joseph's cemetery, Corunna, Ontario. Ordered made from his own timber, probably near Brantford, Ontario on his way to 12th line of Moore Township, Lambton (now LaSalle blvd., Sarnia, Ontario).
