History: Originally from Martin House Hotel at Ottawa and Langlois. This Hotel underwent name changes though time (i.e Townhouse) donor has worked for Murphy Distributing since 1956. It was a wholesale distribution company. It used to focus exclusively on tobacco, but it has diversified into other products. In the 60's, 80% of cigarettes were sold from machines. Murphy's was established in 1886 and closed its Windsor branch May 24, 1996. There is a new machine at the Martin House, the donor was given this one.
