History: Mr. Reid was a distiller at Hiram Walker & Sons from 1893. He was mayor of Walkerville in 1897 and 1898. He served on the Walkerville Council in 1894 & 1901, served as Chief of the Walkerville Fire Department in 1899 and as Justice of the Peace in 1914. He died ca. 1915.
