In course of erection on Sandwich St. Property included in mortgage, 1892".
History: The Flat Iron Building was designed by Mason & Rice and was built in 1892. It was renovated by Hiram Walker & Sons in 1951 and used as office space for the company. The building was demolished in 1995 and an empty lot presently occupies the site.
