Black and white photograph of three connected, three-storey buildings: The Great Western Hotel, the Odd Fellows new hall and an unidentified store; "GREAT WESTERN HOTEL" is printed between the second and third storeys of the building on the left and there are several men standing in front; the hotel was named for the Great Western Railroad and was located on the southwest corner of Riverside Drive and Goyeau; the building in the centre is slightly taller and thinner than the others and the facade is more ornate; there is one man standing in front of the window on the right of this building and a second man standing in front of a stairway leading up; there is an unreadable sign above the doorway; the building on the right is an unidentified commercial facility; there are men standing in front of this building amid piles of goods; there is a person looking out the farthest right second story window; in the foreground of the photograph is a fence; "Odd Fellows New Hall, Windsor, 1870" is written at the bottom of the photo.
