Description

Copper Still lid; appears to be hand made with hammer marks and soldering.

History

This lid was found in the ceiling of the basement stairwell, 242 Elm St. It was found by a contractor doing repairs, and at the time of removal smelled of alcohol, because it was probably used to make moonshine.
