White cotton half-slip; five panels, attached smoothly to waistband at front, box-pleated to it at back; back slit opening fastens with one button on waistband; wide flounce very slightly gathered to bottom; flounce has 2 horizontal rows of lace in middle, then 3 rows of lace together at hem, bottom lace row has a slightly scalloped edge; plain flounce underneath is edged with a narrow band of lace at bottom; floral and leaf pattern in lace; lace doesn't appear to be cotton; machine sewn.
