Description

Reddish-brown leather; rectangular; folds in half, then 2 sides fold in to make pockets; name embossed in gold on one pocket (see Marks); tan canvas lining; piece of elasticized string attached to middle at each end.

History

From the estate of Dorothy Graisbery Graham (nee d'Avignon), 567 Church Street, Windsor. She was born November 4, 1897, and married Percy Crichton Graham June 4, 1927. Possibly used as conductor's dispatch book on Grand Trunk Railroad. Belonged to D.G. Revell, a conductor for the Grand Trunk Railroad.
