Description

Black and grey metal model steam engine has a wheel on the front with 6 metal spokes; painted red on underside of shafts; brass-coloured metal cylinder on top attached to main shaft with 10 small screws.

History

Built by Ernie St. Antoine in the 1940s from a pattern. Generally, these were used as generators on model boats, although this one was never used on a boat.
