History

Edward Tyrell acquired the firearm in the 1930s for the protection of his wife Lillian. Edward Tyrell was a printer at the Windsor Star for 52 years. He started work for them in 1926. There is a story that the revolver was used in a prohibition-related murder in Detroit. The Tyrell's lived on Tourgeon Rd. which was the country at the time.
