Description

Ceramic; white with gold trim; glazed; five saucers, 4 teacups, teapot with lid, sugar bowl with lid, creamer; pictures under glaze in orange, blue, brown, green; pictures show family scenes: at the dinner table (teapot & 1 teacup); in front of a window (other teacups); serving tea (creamer); standing in a stairwell (sugar bowl); saucers are not painted; teapot and sugar bowl lids have a finial on top; sugar bowl has 2 ear-shaped handles; teapot and creamer each have one.

History

Believed to have been purchased by Mrs. Harrington Walker c. 1908 as a gift for Ruth E. Goodwyn, whose father was employed by Harrington Walker.
