Description

Wooden door with metal hardware; black paint on one side; square panel set in bottom half; patterned hardware.

History

This bargeboard belonged to the Luc Montreuil house, originally on Sandwich Street near Montreuil, on the property now owned by Parke-Davis and Co. The house was moved to 1791 Kildare (corner of Mohawk) in the spring of 1926 by Frederick Johnson, Jr. See also P2300 and 2301
