History

This sign/door push came from a Windsor confectionary store. This type of sign was very common from the 1920s to the 1960s, across North America. It is probably very Canadian as a sign because Salada Tea was a Canadian company, and tea drinking was once much more popular amongst Canadians. It thus made sense for a company to advertise this product.
