History: According to donor, these dresses (993.10.1-.3) and slip (993.10.4) were either hers or an older sibling's (as a baby). They were made by her mother, Violet Dougherty. The family lived in Sarnia before moving to WIndsor in the 1920s. Donor was born Dec. 28 1919.
