History

This item and others from Windsor Public Library (WPL) (73.11) were found when the library relocated from Carnegie hall to its new Main library on Ouellette in 1973. Probably had been accumulated by the Essex Historical Society. This bill was thought to have been lost when brought to the printers but was returned to collection on May 5, 1995
