History

This item and others from Windsor Public Library (WPL) (73.11) were found when the library relocated from Carnegie hall to its new Main library on Ouellette in 1973. Probably had been accumulated by the Essex Historical Society. Found in book owned by George Bartlett, Windsor, Aug. 29, 1877: "Heath's Infallible Counterfeit Detector"
