wood with ferrous metal runners; screwed together; varnished wood; worn, painted roster and sailboat on top surface; top of back right runner broken off; three screws from front of runners

History

Sled was the property of the late Miss Gladys Miers (1894-1973). It was made by hand by her father the late, Harcourt Miers of Walkerville around the turn of the century, donated by her cousins.
