Description: Black and white photograph of an agricultural landscape; highway 18 is visible running along the left side of the photograph and highway 3 is in the background; the right side of the photograph shows a wide field with crops and in the background there are meadows and houses visible in the distance; striking landscape contrasts are evident within a relatively short distance on King's Highway 18 between Kingsville and Leamington; poorer, morainic areas, strewn with glacial rock contrast intensive, highly specialized agricultural land on the the glacial lake plain near Lake Erie; the southern margin of the "Leamington Island", along which runs the King's Highway is visible in the distance of this photograph.
