Description

View of two multi-storied buildings under construction, likely apartment rentals, possible in Essex, Ontario; a third building across the street appears finished or near completion; the buildings appear well-made with a brick foundation, woodsided first floor, and scaled wood-shingled upper floors; each unit appears to have its own porch or balcony; one man continues working, while another pauses to pose for this photo, leaning on a barrel; two women at the bottom centre, one holding an infant, appear to be locked in coversation.

History
